With one swipe, it has intense pigmentation that slightly resembles a more matte lipstick with a bit of glossiness; it is a mix of matte and satin lipstick. This is not necessarily a bad thing as it has better lasting power without excessively drying the lips. In the photo, it appeared more like a rotten apple, but it is more coral-toned and doesn't flatter me much. However, mixing it with other colors or using a lip liner can make a difference.
