I changed the default strap from the watch because it caused an allergic reaction on my wrist and switched to this one, which helped me a lot. Very nice strap aesthetically, metallic, but not a very strong magnet, and if you have hair on your arm, the strap sometimes pulls it.
It might be a problem with any strap that fastens magnetically, but if you do intense exercise and want the strap to be tight on your wrist for measurements, then look for something else. With intense exercise, it loosens and might even come off your wrist. For everyday use, apart from depilating my wrist, it's fine.

update: after about twenty days, a rash appeared on my wrist where the watch strap was. I changed the strap and the other wrist started to get irritated, so I eventually went back to the plastic strap that the watch originally had. If you have ever had a reaction to a metal object like a watch/glasses/jewelry, this might affect you.
It easily attaches to the watch. It looks nice, sturdy, gives a different feel to the watch than plastic. I also feel a better sensation on my hand.
You can adjust the length yourself. I used a stylus and a pin

Αν είχατε ποτέ ερεθισμό από μεταλλικό αντικείμενο ρολόι/ γυαλιά/ κόσμημα ίσως να σας επηρεάσει
