    The 70-200 mm 2.8 is a must-have for any photographer or videographer, so the RF is a wonderful zoom lens with amazing color performance, very fast focusing, lightweight, and very compact at 70 millimeters when closed, making it extremely easy to carry, especially for travel—you will love it. The only downside I find with this particular lens is the noise caused by the AF; I always compare it to the corresponding G Master lenses from Sony, which I also work with. Recently, Canon released a new series aimed primarily at video without the extension of the barrel, which is simply enormous and with an outrageous price close to €4000—it's laughable, even cauliflowers are laughing at Canon; even serious cine lenses don't cost that much, to say the least. Anyway, if you work with RF systems, my opinion is to get this one here, don't think about it at all; it's wonderful even for video, and as for the noise, you just get sound from another source and the matter is settled. I'm uploading some photos taken with the 70-200 with the R6 and one with the brand new R5 II, which combo is simply incredible. Happy shooting and enjoy working with your favorite lenses and cameras.

    This lens has excellent build quality throughout. The size is incredible, making it easy to fit in a bag or carry around with a camera, even around the neck. The autofocus with the Canon R6 is instant, making it ideal for fast-moving subjects. The autofocus system in video mode is silent, but in photography and very quiet environments, you will hear it focusing, making a slightly more pronounced sound than the RF 24-70 f/2.8 L. The sharpness is perfect and the bokeh quality is exceptional. The stabilization is also flawless. In conclusion, the size alone (for a 70-200 f/2.8) makes it the best 70-200 lens in my opinion, especially when intending to use it for travel. Apart from its size and low weight for a 70-200 lens, it also has excellent sharpness and instant autofocus.

    Only time will tell if it is truly resistant to dust.
