The Behringer X18 digital console combines 18 input channels with 16 programmable Midas microphone preamps and a built-in Wi-Fi router for wireless control from an iPad or Android tablet. The 18 x 18 USB interface supports bidirectional audio transfer and recording, while the console can be used for live and studio applications.
The Behringer X18 digital console combines 18 input channels with 16 programmable Midas microphone preamps and a built-in Wi-Fi router for wireless control from an iPad or Android tablet. It includes automatic microphone mixing, a 100-band real-time analyzer for the channels and buses, and an X32 effects rack with four stereo FX slots. The six AUX buses and main LR bus feature dynamic processing and either 6-band parametric EQ or 31-band graphic EQ. The ULTRANET connection allows use of the Behringer P-16 personal monitoring system.

Amazing tool. Combine it with a 5G modem because the built-in WiFi is useless. As soon as people gather in the shop-theater or wherever you set up sound, you won’t have access. Too many mobile phones will block its WiFi.
Connectivity:
Set the switch from the 3 positions to the one next to the ethernet port, connect a modem with the other end of the cable to one of the positions 1-4 (be careful not to connect it to the modem’s "internet" port, you don’t want internet, you want a NETWORK with your console) and join your modem’s network from the device you want to use to control the console. Turn off data and Bluetooth on this device. Then open the program you use (mixing station - free, easy, and it also saves "scenes"), declare which console you will control, search and it will immediately find the console that is on the same network. Press connect and you’re ready. It has great range and you can have many devices connected to it. I have 4 players adjusting their monitors and one phone for a sound engineer under the stage for the sound the audience hears.
