The Adler AD 7709 quartz heater with 800W power is a small but very effective device. 

The heater has two quartz lamps (400W each) that can operate simultaneously, but you can also choose to start only one of them if you do not need to heat at maximum power.

The Adler quartz heater has a system to cut off the power supply in case of overturning. 

Additionally, it is easy to move between rooms thanks to its comfortable grip and size.
