This phone has a very low earpiece volume!
Other than that, it is as described, but if a loud earpiece is important to you, do not buy it!

We got it for our grandfather (97 years old) as he needed a bigger screen and larger buttons. It took him 2-3 days to get used to the menu for calls etc., and since then he has been very satisfied. It has a loud speaker and good signal. Also, the charging base is very good and works perfectly.

I bought it like everyone else for elderly people. The buttons are good, the screen is good, the ringtone is loud BUT the sound in the earpiece is not good, resulting in THE GRANDPARENTS NOT BEING ABLE TO HEAR US!!!!!!! Unbelievable, there is no volume adjustment nor can we do anything else.

Do not buy it if you want it for older people.

The phone has issues. There is no volume adjustment, it cuts off while you are talking, and the caller cannot be heard loudly enough. As a result, it does not serve the purpose for which it was bought - an elderly person with hearing problems. As for the ringtone, there used to be old phones that had a loud ring without advertising that they were for people with hearing problems.

Personally, I chose it because it had the most sales. I bought it for my grandmother, since her previous phone, an Alcatel of the same category, after 11 years developed a problem with some of the keys. Compared to that one, this particular construction is not as durable, especially its screen. However, what made a very negative impression on us is the short battery life. The phone is not used heavily and its battery runs out even when it is idle for an entire day.

Otherwise, in terms of sound, volume, and keys, it is satisfactory and also its "non-slip" back is more convenient in our case (Parkinson's).

It seems to be a decent choice if there isn't going to be heavy use. Its lifespan will show over time.

Unfortunately, there are few options for devices with large buttons... so we are forced to choose from these! Like everyone, we got it for elderly people. A simple phone, good battery life, loud ringtone, screen etc. okay average (not intended for more uses)... I encountered very poor sound quality with the earpiece, resulting in difficulty communicating with your interlocutor, let alone an elderly person. I returned it as defective... they sent it back to me as "repaired"... result 30 euros in the trash! Do some research in physical stores that also support the warranty of the products at least... don't put yourself through this hassle here!

In the end, it is not that easy to use mainly because of the screen that displays the menu text and messages in a single line for you to read, also the battery lost its performance relatively quickly.

For elderly people, it is a one-way street.
It has everything an elderly person needs to communicate easily.
It sounds very loud since I have a father with hearing problems.
He hasn't missed a single call since I got it for him.

Ideal for seniors with a relatively large screen, strong sound on the ringtone, also satisfactory speakerphone with call shortcuts to selected contacts with the ability to add photos of the people for easy recognition

For a person who wants to see large letters and numbers, the bell is just right; it is loud

The phone is the worst! Already after 2 months of operation it broke down and does not work. Better give a little more money and choose a similar slightly more expensive one!

After 3 years of use and a battery replacement halfway through, the headset is now broken. It definitely earned its money

20/11/2024 A year and a half later it works just fine, with a few minor drops it didn't suffer any damage, we bought two more.
12/11/2025 Once a thief, it fell again and... that's it.
Pros: Its battery still lasts, simple, easy to use, had no issues in two and a half years, if it hadn't fallen it would have worked even longer.
Cons: It doesn't sound loud as if it has a low speaker, often doesn't have good signal, it takes but doesn't keep photos.

I bought it for my elderly mother. I saw that she liked it, heard calls well and found it easy to use. That's enough for me, so I bought it.

It serves its purpose 100%.
The SOS button is very convenient and the speaker is very good. Also, the buttons are large and easily distinguishable

In August 22nd, I bought something for less than 30€, only for calls. After 4 months, it started to shut down on its own and on the 5th month, I threw it away and bought something better.

Mobile phone for three months only. I bought it because of the large buttons for the elderly, but after three months it turned off and never turned back on. I tried plugging it in to see if it was a battery issue, but nothing happened. Another downside is its charger, which is completely different from what you've seen so far. I have over 10 different chargers from older phones and none of them fit. Zero value for money.

P.S. It never fell down, minimal use.

I bought two for my elderly parents. Both phones had a faulty earpiece after 5 months, and the speaker could only be heard with the phone on speaker mode. I wouldn't buy them again for a 5-month lifespan

During its first use, the charging suddenly stopped and since then it does not charge. It was returned and I am waiting for a replacement

I got it for my father, who needed a simple mobile phone, just to receive calls or make them himself. He is very satisfied and if something happens to the device, I will definitely buy him the same model again. It is very economical and worthy of the reason we needed it for...!!

A very good phone for the elderly. It has up to 8 speed dial buttons, a loudspeaker, large letters, and a backlit screen. Perfect for older people. It locks with a button on the side very easily and also has a flashlight.

Excellent value for money. The menu is easy to navigate and the font is easily readable in Greek. It is perfect for seniors. Additionally, the phone unlock button on the side is very helpful for people with larger hands.

What you need for an elderly person's phone use (I got it for my mother). Having tried other phones in the past, it's the best one I've gotten for this specific use. It's worth every penny.

I got it for my father in September. It has a strong ringtone, but the SOS button can be accidentally pressed when the phone is in your pocket. The battery lasts long and it has a strong flashlight. Unfortunately, coffee spilled on the phone and the screen immediately stopped working. It turned white and was unresponsive. When you put it on speakerphone, for some reason, the person on the other line can't hear you.

From the first days, my mother was not satisfied as the battery runs out quickly. We never found an option for quick call as my mother wanted. It shuts down suddenly. The button for closing does not always work.
