Purchased in mid-August and used about once a day. By mid-November, it breaks down as it doesn't heat the bottle properly and the device opens and closes by itself for no reason. The "representative" from the company that referred us to the store where we bought the warmer accused us of improper use, stating that we should descale once every 4 weeks (we did it once a week) and that it was probably due to the water in the area (Thessaloniki) which is rich in minerals. Of course, there is no warning in the instructions. When I told her that we used bottled water as we do in all devices (coffee maker, sterilizer, etc.), she bluntly replied that even bottled water can sometimes cause problems. None of this, of course, is the responsibility of the manufacturing company, which is neither willing to replace the product, nor refer us to authorized service (there isn't one), and certainly not to refund the money. We are throwing away money.
