    It shows good construction. I cannot judge if its indications are accurate or how accurate they are. However, what I need to note is that if you do not correctly apply your finger, then its indications are bad (meaning saturation indication below 90, which is not normal for someone who breathes without problems). Basically, the finger should go all the way into the receptor and it requires attention to this. It will also not show the correct indication in small children if their finger is particularly small.
