It's a very sharp knife. Although the weight is very light for a knife, probably the chef's knife is around 200 grams (feels very lightweight). I just got the knife, so I haven't used it yet. But after receiving the knife, I'm not satisfied. The utility knife is very small compared to the picture, as the length of the knife is not specified anywhere.
Conclusion: It's better to buy one specific knife than this set of knives.

You can cut your finger for fun.... Very good knives. They haven't suffered at all. With long-term and systematic use, of course, you need a sharpener to keep them in good condition regarding how easily they cut... The fact that they cut... They cut for fun. You need to be very careful.
Five stars because the knives impress me. Like everyone else, it took me a long time to decide to buy these knives. Anyway, I bought it and I love it. It is lighter than expected, very lightweight. Trust me. Sharp. From what I feel, the sharpness lasts and it is very easy to sharpen again. It is worth its money and excellent quality.
