Another use, for welding. On the positive side, for amateurs, the automatic shading... On the negative side, exposed face-skin to (UV and IR - ultraviolet) radiation.. To a greater extent, inhalation of fumes from face masks.... Etc...! Therefore, sunglasses and welding masks are two different things!

I wore it for hours and my eyes weren't bothered. For the money, it's very good. I had bought it again, but it got wet and broke, so I bought the same one again. Of course, I use it at an amateur level.

Quite good for a quick fix (given that it doesn't protect you from radiation on the face and especially from smoke). Negative aspect is the weak rubber.

It is not for long-term use because the radiation affects the rest of your face and you end up looking like you've been to a tanning salon. It's logical, I suppose.
However, its function is great. It darkens immediately and you can see very well in the area where you are working. Of course, before using it with the soldering iron, I did the classic lighter test and it worked perfectly.
But as I said, only for a short period of use.
Considering the price I bought it for (9€ about a year ago), I think it is very good.
It also comes with transparent lenses, so you can turn it into a mask for using an angle grinder (this is a nice feature, I liked it a lot and discovered it after opening the package).

In the glueing I did in a room, the response of the optical filter was not fast. When I do glueing in an outdoor space with sunlight and there is a change in the response times of the filter, I will inform you.

Amateur use, for me quick change, good adjustment and it fits my nearsighted glasses.

For the price, it's perfect. Sometimes (rarely), it darkens for no reason. Immediate response. I have used them quite a bit and they have never failed in darkening. Very comfortable. They have solved my problems... My joints have significantly improved. I believe I made a very good choice.

Christos. I give it 4 stars because it doesn't fit well on the nose. Otherwise, it works perfectly. Be careful because it doesn't cover the entire face and you might get burned.
