With this adjustable dumbbell, you save space as you don't need to have many dumbbells to train with different weights. It adjusts from 2.5 to 25 kilograms using a unique locking-unlocking system. Place the dumbbell on the base and select the weight, in 2.5kg increments, via the red button next to the weight plates. The plates that are not used remain on the base.
