It is suitable for tendinitis, osteoarthritis, knee joint irritation, patellofemoral pain, chondropathy, chondromalacia, lateral kneecap dislocation and instability. Hand-wash it, preferably with detergent for delicate fabrics, and do not expose it to direct heat or cold. To choose the right size, measure the circumference of your knee.
