The Pacha tent by INCA is a reliable equipment choice for campers. It combines ergonomic design and quality. It features 1500mm waterproofing, made from durable double-layer material, a waterproof PE120 10 x 10 floor, and heat-sealed seams that prevent water penetration inside the tent. An additional layer of mosquito-proof tinted fabric on the door and windows keeps insects and mosquitoes away while also providing protection from the sun's rays. The interior material is made of 100% breathable polyester, with an effective ventilation system and special coating that prevent overheating inside. Inside the tent, there are pockets for safe storage of small items. A durable and stable tent, lightweight in its carrying bag, and easy to set up.

What does the feature Polyester 190T mean?

It is an indicator for comparing the durability of two fabrics made from the same material

T means Thread which is fiber, and the number reveals the sum of the vertical and horizontal fibers in a square inch of fabric (see photo). The larger the Thread, the denser the weave and the greater the durability of the fabric.

What does the waterproof rating on camping tents indicate?

The waterproofing of a tent indicates how much water the outer fabric can repel. It is measured in millimeters (mm) and refers to how many millimeters of a vertical water column (and therefore pressure) a square centimeter of fabric can withstand without being penetrated by water.

The higher the degree of waterproofing, the less breathable the fabric is, and thus the warmer the tent. Common waterproofing values range from 500mm to 10000mm. Theoretically, any fabric with waterproofing >1000mm is considered waterproof. For example, a summer tent may have waterproofing from 500 to 1500mm.
