First of all we would like to thank you for your preference at our products all this time. Recently, we have received several inquiries regarding the changes in the Torayvino water filters. We understand the dissatisfaction that, due to the removal of the transparent top window in Torayvino MKC.EG-EU replacement cartridge, Torayvino users are no longer able to visually check the condition of the filter. The transparent window in Torayvino replacement filters was removed, following a change to the plastic materials in the product. Specifically, several plastic materials were changed to materials that are fully compliant with the EU Food Contact Plastics Regulation (EU 10/2011).
Most importantly, while the plastic materials were changed, Toray Industries, the manufacturer of Torayvino water filters confirms that filtration materials, filtration system and the water purification performance have remained unchanged. All Torayvino water filters are designed and manufactured based on the Japanese domestic testing method for household water purifiers (JIS S 3201), and Toray Industries guarantee the indicated performance based on these test results.

The lifespan of a tap water filter may vary depending on the local conditions prevailing in the water. Some areas have recently experienced natural disasters such as floods, fires, and severe weather phenomena, which are believed to have affected the water supply network. Consequently, it is assumed that the water has been burdened with increased mud and other particles. Even if the filtration materials, the filtration system, and the water purification performance of a water filter remain the same, if a water filter has to remove larger quantities of sludge or other particles in the tap water, the performance of the water filter may decrease more quickly than before. In this case, it is recommended to consider measures such as installing a solid particle filter at the main water supply, to prevent the premature reduction in the performance of a filter.

Αρχικά, θα θέλαμε να σας ευχαριστήσουμε για την προτίμησή σας στα προϊόντα μας όλο αυτό το διάστημα. Πρόσφατα, λάβαμε αρκετά ερωτήματα σχετικά με τις αλλαγές στα φίλτρα νερούTorayvino.
