I have thick hair with a strong tendency for hair loss. I made a mistake by getting this particular one, as there is probably another version more suitable for heavier and more difficult hair. Unfortunately, my hair just won't settle with this product.

This particular shampoo makes my hair feel like straw and I need conditioner after washing, whereas the men's Genesis shampoo I have tried is much better—it makes my hair very soft and I even get highlights compared to the women's Genesis

I was disappointed, I wasted my money for nothing, it made my hair like straw and burnt, it dehydrated my hair. Even a supermarket shampoo wouldn't do such damage. Totally useless product and very overrated for no reason

This shampoo is not suitable for oily hair. It requires daily washing as it gets greasy. It doesn't make the hair shiny either. I wouldn't buy it again.

I have been using it for 2 months and indeed I have noticed a difference in hair loss. The only thing that doesn't suit me is that it is a bit heavy for my hair, as I have fine hair that gets oily easily. Last month, my hairdresser suggested I combine it with another shampoo for oiliness on the second wash, so the oiliness has been regulated.

I can't rate it yet, I've only used it a few times, but it has an amazing scent!

If your hair is thin and weak then this is the perfect shampoo, from the first use it revitalizes it and makes it look fuller. Nice scent too!

I used it for a month and indeed I started losing fewer hairs (although the breakage remained, but I didn't expect it to help with that). After I stopped using it (randomly) for two weeks, I started losing what I was losing before... just from that, I got annoyed, but okay, it's just shampoo, it can't work miracles. It has a pleasant scent and leaves a nice feeling of cleanliness, but that's about it.
Compared to other Kerastase products such as hair masks, I believe it is inferior and expensive for what it offers.

I have been using it for 2 months now along with the cream and the mask... without the mask, my hair gets tangled and is unruly and without any softness! I don't like it at all as a shampoo, maybe it reduces a little bit of oiliness, I haven't seen any difference in my split ends and hair breakage, and that was the reason why I spent 80 euros to buy the whole set... It smells like a mix of chamomile and grass, indifferent to bad as a scent and it fades away the second day... unfortunately, I won't buy it again, I'm just waiting for it to finish! (It's not a shampoo for hair loss but for hair breakage, therefore half of the reviews are wrong!)

With hair loss, it didn't help me much, I can say, I definitely saw a slight improvement, but I can't compare it to the shampoo from ducray anaphase that is intended for hair loss. Its scent is amazing, and it smells until the next wash. Because I have oily hair, where with the use of other shampoos washing is an everyday affair, with this one I could wash every other day without seeing any intense greasiness. That is, my scalp was the definition of CLEAN with this shampoo. Also, it requires a small amount, it creates a lot of foam!

I have experimented for years with big companies, I have tried many hair care lines, but the genesis for thin hair is the best thing I have ever put on my scalp. It is the only product that I continuously use for a year and it does not make my scalp oily, unlike all the other shampoos that alter the pH and after a lot of use they stop cleaning your scalp. At the same time, I saw an increase in the density of my hair, even though I did not have a problem with the quantity, but with the thickness of my hair as it is very thin, hence the oiliness. The scent is incredible. As for the dullness that some comment on and the hardness of the hair, it is a consequence of its strong cleansing action. However, it can be corrected with the conditioner by applying it to the ends as needed. This is the first time I leave a comment for such a product, but I am so satisfied that it really deserves both praise and its cost as a product.

In hair loss, I didn't understand if it worked because I used it in autumn towards winter when I have intense hair loss that takes time to stop. However, it is one of the two shampoos that clean my scalp very well, reshape the shape of my hair (wavy) and make my hair shiny. It also increases the time between washes, does not get oily quickly, and its scent lasts 2-3 days (whether you like it or not). I am thinking of getting the leave-in conditioner to try. The mask did not do anything special to my ends.

I did not expect it to do exactly what it promises and yet I saw results from the first application!! My hair really breaks much less and it has a wonderful scent. From now on, this will be my shampoo

The product does what it promises quite quickly (I saw results after the second week of use), BUT, because it somehow dries out the scalp to achieve results, it personally caused dryness for me. Maybe the quantity is to blame. It is good to use a small amount.

Two years ago I gave a good rating, but I made the mistake of buying the series again along with the cream. I don't know what changed but this time they turned out to be a complete disappointment. My hair, especially the ends, after washing is extremely dry and tangled, I have a hard time detangling it even though I use the matching conditioner. They look dull and thin, with no volume at all. Never again. The only pleasant thing is the scent it leaves, nothing else

Having spent 3€ on shampoo up to 20€, this shampoo is truly the best!!!! Personally, it stopped my hair from falling and I am also in a period of pregnancy and it is the first shampoo that I wash with and feel my scalp truly clean!!! I have bought the largest packaging of it because the big one is convenient, just so you know!!!

I regret buying it because it is not vegan or cruelty-free.
I believe it would be good if they released products without animal ingredients and without testing on animals.
Until then, I will not purchase anything from this company.

I have been using it for almost 6-7 months after my hairdresser's recommendation, who confirmed that I had a mild form of hair loss. Before using this shampoo, I was losing a lot of hair, especially when I washed it. Now I don't have any hair loss issues and I won't change this product. I have thick hair with very fine strands and volume at the same time. This shampoo also helps with frizz. A secret: leave the lather on your head for a few minutes, don't rinse it off immediately. I use the transparent formula since I have fine hair.

All the other Kerastase products are very unremarkable now and I have already found much better options at much better prices and larger quantities. However, this shampoo really makes a difference and I won't change it.

Amazing product. I have never used something so effective. It deeply cleanses the hair, prolonging the appearance of oiliness, while leaving it moisturized and shiny without any frizz. I should note that I have all the above problems plus fine hair! I use it in combination with its conditioner and nothing else.
The only flaw I find in it (2 with the price) is its scent. It's not necessarily bad, just not nice for me. Think of something like chamomile. It's not bothersome, however, it doesn't overshadow the benefits of the shampoo at all.

A very good shampoo like all Kerastase products. I have thin hair and a very oily scalp and it helped me a lot. They are really worth their money
