However, given that FrizBox routers are very good and clearly better than the garbage provided by the providers, the fritz ecosystem is a very good choice. Additionally, the DECT is very reliable, I have never experienced any interruptions, which is not the case for devices that rely on WiFi. This particular product offers much more than it seems. It provides consumption monitoring, temperature monitoring, and even sound monitoring, as well as programming capabilities for opening/closing with triggers (e.g. time, temperature, or sound) or with a program.
