Description

The Atlas CA-SE 10 PB SX 0.5 replacement filter – activated carbon block is made from coconut shell and reduces the taste of chlorine (CTO). It also filters volatile organic compounds (VOC), pesticides, chlorinated organic compounds, heavy metals (Pb), bacteria, and viruses.

With 0.5 micron filtration, it is made from non-toxic materials, suitable for drinking water.

Features:

  • Flow rate: 400 lt/hr
  • Replacement: Every 6 - 12 months
  • Maximum water temperature: 45 oC

    It did not fit well on my device, so I took a gasket from the old filter and placed it on top of it to seal it and prevent water from passing through (hence the 2 stars). It still retains chlorine and odors, even the 5 microns, so I cannot rate the quality as I am not a chemical laboratory.
