It does its job just fine for two years now, I use it for the fireplace. And yes, it gets a bit warm when the filter isn't clean, but that's logical. The only thing that worries me is that when I touch a metal surface I get an electric shock and the dealer told me it's not something that needs fixing. So I hold it by the plastic part and do the cleaning.

Quite good but I can't say much because since I got it I've only turned on the stove 4-5 times. Winters and the cold are gone. I will probably give it away and get a fan

With this vacuum, I am saved... it holds a very large amount... it is very absorbent... I am very satisfied.

Yesterday I received it, today I tried it in the fireplace. Quite satisfied, it cleaned the ash that had accumulated in the bucket with considerable ease, it got clogged at one point but by tapping the nozzle it continued to suck without hesitation. Of course, I separated the coals and it worked without any issues! I’m not giving 5 stars initially because I don’t have years of experience and secondly because the motor doesn’t have much power. Time will tell its durability and I will definitely return when I have a more informed opinion!

For cleaning the pellet stove that I use, it's great!!!! Of course, I make sure that the ash is not hot, so I clean the stove at least one hour after I have turned it off, so that even if some pellet is still burning, it will have had time to go out.

I have been using it exclusively for a pellet stove for 2 years, and it does its job effectively.
My stove has a drawer underneath, so I remove the drawer and throw away the bulk of the ash; I use the vacuum for the difficult spots and the ash residue on the walls.
I clean the stove every day, and after two months I opened the vacuum to clean it and it was almost empty of ash.
I never use it on hot ash for obvious reasons; I can wait half an hour for it to cool down and then clean the stove. It does not release dust outside if you close it properly and it sucks satisfactorily.
The only negative is the noise, which is quite loud.
For a pellet stove that does not have high demands, it is just right; for wood stoves and fireplaces, I have no opinion.

Review for a VACUUM cleaner, it sucks very well, it is quiet, good quality construction, the power cord is 3 meters long, but the only negative thing I found is that the suction hose is a bit short, but it does its job. Would I buy it again? YES

Very good choice for its price always, I got it to clean the pellet boiler. Much better than some others I had tried for 20-30€. It also has a long cable.

By far the best ash vacuum I've had, after disappointments from buying vacuums with hepa filters (FAR AWAY), I found this one. Easily 6 cleanings before needing to clean it.

We have had it for 6 months as a pellet stove! We clean it every day! Very powerful and a large bin (for pellets at least) We have emptied it twice and cleaned its filters!

It sucks perfectly, it cleans very easily. I use it on pellet boilers and it is impeccable!
EDIT: In - not particularly - difficult situation, the motor burned out. I expected it to be a little more durable.

After three or four uses, the vacuum cleaner broke down. The filter is useless. No matter how much I tried to clean it, nothing worked! I have it outside my house now and I hope someone takes it so I can get rid of it! Money wasted!

I bought it for use in a fireplace. I have had it for about 2 months and it is truly an exceptional machine. If you make a selection before using it and remove the large pieces that wouldn't fit through the tube anyway, then it cleans everything. I also used it to clean my workshop with dirty flooring (dust, pebbles, dirt) and it did an amazing job again. As a machine for cleaning, it cleans very easily with 3 movements and a brush. For its price, it is a fantastic purchase. Sturdy construction, powerful motor, quality parts/components.

Quite a good ash vacuum cleaner and particularly clever filter construction. It goes without saying that it doesn't work miracles or suck up hot ash. Quality construction, exceptional suction power, the filter is cleaned quite easily, due to the small indentation of the nozzle it would be good not to use it for charcoal pieces but only for ash.

It clogs immediately and although it appears large, it fills up quite quickly. I have only used it three times. The one I had before, I literally dissolved it and it still works. I am talking about a wood stove. It may do a good job with pellets, but definitely not with wood

It's not worth the money at all. It gets clogged within minutes. I use it on a pellet stove and of course I end up doing most of the work by hand, and even then it doesn't do a good job. You save more time by not using it and simply removing the ash by hand, considering it takes hours to clean it afterwards. Not practical at all.

Excellent ash vacuum cleaner. Especially if it doesn't have large pieces of wood, it works wonders. I have tried another similar and more expensive one, but I was not satisfied. On the contrary, this vacuum cleaner is worth its money

I have the vacuum cleaner for 1 month. So far, I am completely satisfied. It has enough power to absorb all the ash. I avoid pulling hot coals or anything that remains unburned so as not to damage the internal filters. There are two points that could possibly be improved. 1. The length of the flexible hose. 2. The fact that according to the instructions, the vacuum cleaner heats up after 15 minutes of operation and needs to be stopped for a while until it cools down again!

For the pellet stove ash, it's perfect!!! You finish in a few minutes! No problem! Strong motor.
For the fireplace, it doesn't work, the burnt wood chips that exist cannot be removed so it gets clogged.

Cleans the ash from the pellet stove well and quickly without clogging, does its job perfectly, highly recommend it, great value for money!

Excellent vacuum cleaner, quite powerful, I use it for cleaning the pellet stove almost every day. It is the second ash vacuum cleaner I have purchased, the previous one, despite the positive reviews, did not last even 4 months. Very clever with the double filters, one in the bin and one outside the motor. They are very easy to clean and the motor remains dust-free. It is worth the money, better than many others available on your website.

I never had another fireplace brush to compare, but I can say that it does the job. It opens easily for cleaning and can also collect debris from outside. I would have liked it to be stronger. Also, if it picks up a slightly larger piece of charcoal, it gets stuck inside and the pipe needs to be opened

I bought it after seeing the reviews on Skroutz. It has a very powerful motor. I use it in a pellet stove and I am very satisfied.

We got it because we have a pellet stove. The vacuum cleaner is excellent. It sucks great, it doesn't make much noise, and it's not too expensive. It's perfect. I would highly recommend it without hesitation.

Good motor, pulls well, but only the ash.... The burnt wood chips, which I believe are always present, cannot be removed so it gets clogged.... The internal protectors (covers) it has are easy to clean and attach quite well.... I think if it had a slightly larger tube on the nozzle, it would be value for money.... Now it's just nerve-wracking because it needs to be constantly fixed and cleaned (removed) from the tube.

Good motor, the fabric filters are strange but if you protect them from drying in the sun and wash them well, they last a long time. It's good that it comes with a nozzle.
