Unfortunately, it constantly disconnects from the Apple Watch (gen 4), resulting in extremely long charging times. I would not buy it again.

Regarding the Apple Watch Series 5, charging is interrupted every 3". Even if it manages to establish contact (which again interrupts the charging), the watch overheats. Very bad purchase. I do not recommend it under any circumstances. It is a poorly constructed product from the company.
