The Chemex Ottomatic 2.0 is an automated coffee brewing system. It has all the features of the 1st generation Ottomatic, with the added ability to brew both hot and cold coffee.
Sleek and easy to use, the package includes a classic Chemex CM-6A for 6 cups and filters. It can also accommodate a Chemex for 8 cups.
The 2-stage power switch allows for brewing with or without the heating plate, which is programmed to keep the coffee at the ideal temperature for 30 minutes to prevent burning and flavor alteration, and then automatically turns off.
