I give 4 stars for the sole reason that it doesn't have on/off immediately like I was used to with Legrand. That is, you turn it on by twisting to get it to on, and then keep turning for dimming. In other words, it doesn't just have a simple press to turn on at the level you've set. Otherwise, it's fine and it's cheap.

I bought 3 dimmers. In 1 of the 3, one of the 2 screws that tighten the live and neutral wires (the live one in this case) was loose. From my own stash, I took other screws with larger diameters to replace it, and even those were loose. For a job that should take 15-20 minutes and for all 3 dimmers in 3 fixtures in the same space, I had to come up with makeshift solutions for one dimmer due to a loose socket screw and waste time and effort with the possibility that my work might not be completed! I am tired of encountering such unacceptable issues in electrical work - material defects! 3 stars because the dimmers as mechanisms worked correctly.
