    I have had this tool for almost 8 years. I use it as a hobbyist (I am not a professional). My hands "catch" and I engage in constructions. I have built-dismantled-repaired almost everything you can imagine inside an apartment. Changing kitchen countertops, replacing cabinets, assembling Ikea furniture, installing a balcony railing, and many other things that I can't remember right now. This particular tool has met 80% of the needs of an average apartment, all with just 27Nm of torque!!! Although it is not an impact tool, I have drilled many interior walls. I highly recommend it.
