We are a family of four and it helped us a lot! We started early with toothaches and had tried 4 different teething toys, plus the famous animal with the rings, but because it doesn't hold them well yet and can't bite on them, the crying was desperate day and night. We haven't even completed a week of use and we have calmed down a lot! I put gel on it after leaving it in the fridge for a while and then in the mouth. It holds it and bites on it for about 5 minutes and then the magical calmness! I do this 3 to 4 times a day (due to maximum gel usage) and in between, if needed, I give it to her without gel. Personally, I am satisfied!
