Excellent device for bread. Keep in mind that first we add water, oil, sugar, salt, then flour and then yeast. I haven't bought bread for a month now.

It makes yogurt for those who are interested! Milk straight from the fridge and a spoonful of regular, traditional yogurt as a starter, a little stirring. In 8 hours you have yogurt, relatively thin though if you don't strain it a bit with a colander and a towel on top (but not as thin as ayran). To be honest, I got it when my previous United one broke and I stopped making a lot of bread-like things. The few I made were satisfactory, just fine. The bread size is about the same as the small toast package from the supermarket.

I've had it for two weeks and made bread everyday. I love this machine. It uses so much less energy than my oven and it makes excellent bread. It takes a little time to figure out the recipes and adapt to your climate ,flour etc but once you do it makes life a lot easier and tastier. I use the Quick setting and add chia seeds and raisins and it turns out great.

I've had it for about a month. For the money (70€), it's excellent. I chose it for its size because I don't have much space on the counter. It fits just fine. I follow the recipe for basic bread but I put it on the second program for French bread because it turns out fluffier. The downsides are that there are no instructions in Greek, and this may make it difficult for someone.
