A simple Chinese motor, a circuit board worth 10 euros, and all of that in a plastic box. On the positive side, it cuts satisfactorily, but it in no way justifies such a price. Be careful, it's only for detailing and cleaning, maybe at most for sparse hair and beards, not for cutting thick hair. It will get clogged.
