A very good frying pan. At first it arrived from the store with a broken handle but they replaced it immediately. It cooks exceptionally well, nothing sticks and all you need to do to maintain it is to follow the maintenance instructions exactly. Let it cool before washing and use only a soft sponge, not the side with wire. And only use a plastic or wooden spoon. If you follow the instructions, it will last as it should. Μαγειρεύει εξαιρετικά, δεν κολλάει τίποτα και το μόνο που χρειάζεται για να κρατήσει είναι να τηρείς επ ακριβώς τις οδηγίες συντήρησης. Το αφήνεις να κρυώσει πριν το πλύνεις και χρησιμοποιείς μόνο το μαλακό σφουγγάρι, όχι τη μεριά απ' το σύρμα. Και κουτάλα μόνο πλαστική ή ξύλινη. Αν τηρείς τις οδηγίες θα κρατηθει όπως πρέπει. Έχω το τηγάνι δύο χρόνια και είναι σαν καινούργιο. Σε όσους χάλασε το τηγάνι είναι επειδή δεν ακολούθησαν τις οδηγίες συντήρησης, όπως ισχύει σε όλα τα αντικολλητικα σκεύη.

Η διάμετρος του πάτου του είναι 21 εκατοστά για όσους έχουν ηλεκτρικές εστίες. Τα χερούλια είναι ξύλινα κομψά και βολικά.
Σίγουρα έχει και καλύτερα αλλά...

After two weeks of use, it is definitely worth the money. I have cooked everything from fried eggs to Thai pad thai on a daily basis, and it cooks everything evenly without anything sticking to it. You can cook everything with minimal oil, making stirring very easy. It cleans quickly with a simple sponge. I believe that with basic care, using wooden or plastic spoons and spatulas, the coating will last a long time.

What can one say about this pan? Nothing sticks, even if you put a slice of cheese alone on the bottom. It cleans easily without needing to use a scrubber. Also, cooking has truly become faster than ever. The only thing that doesn't bother me much but is worth noting is its weight... it is somewhat heavier than traditional pans, but surely its size plays a role too.

Κυριολεκτικά και μεταφορικά είναι αρκετά Ποιοτικό και αξιόπιστο. Εχθές έβαλα κατευθείαν από την κατάψυξη πατάτες φούρνου.. Χωρίς λάδι σε μέτρια προς δυνατή φωτιά και ψήθηκαν απίστευτα· Δεν έχω λόγια.
Ίσως να χρειάζεται περισσότερη προσοχή με τα μαγειρικά σκεύη, Ακόμη κι αν είναι ξύλινο!… Μου έκανε κάποια σημάδια από την ξύλινη σπάτουλα που είχα. Τώρα θα βάζω μία πλαστική λαστιχένια που έχω..
Για 28cm Ήθελε λίγο παραπάνω βάθος και πλάτος στο εσωτερικό του. Άμα το συγκρίνω με το Tefal ή το NAVAL που έχω, είναι ποιο κλειστό εσωτερικά.

Πραγματικά αντικολλητικό. Ωραία και ποιοτική κατασκευή. Το καπάκι κλείνει στεγανά, αθόρυβα και με ευχάριστη αίσθηση χάρις στο λαστιχένιο τελείωμα στο τζάμι.
