I installed it in the main water supply to reduce the salts. I noticed some difference, but nothing amazing. I didn't take measurements, but I saw that fewer salts accumulate on the edges of the faucets than before. This filter can be refilled with crystals more economically, there's no need to buy a new one. Altas Filtri sells the crystals in a container of 0.5 kilograms, which is more economical than buying a whole filter. However, be careful, the replacement should not be used in drinking water without a dosing system. I don't drink the water from the faucet in the area where this supply is located anyway, so it doesn't bother me. It would be good to use a polypropylene filter beforehand to protect it from suspended particles.
