"It is the combination of fluidity and stability that makes the modern family such a challenging and therefore interesting object of study - especially since the effects of new technologies differentiate and fundamentally alter the conditions of existence of the family as well as the meaningful content of the essential parental relationship for the family.
This combination and these effects are what concern us in this work. Our questioning thus stops where another should begin: the questioning of modern family policy.
In order to genuinely contribute to supporting individuals and groups, as well as resolving the individual and social problems that arise not merely from fluidity but from the contradiction of combining it with elements of stability, this policy can only refer to the multifaceted and complex reality of today and its dynamics."
