• Grinding: The coffee should be ground slightly coarser than for a conventional filter coffee maker. 
• Coffee dosage: 10 – 13 gr of coffee per 150 ml of water 
• Water temperature: The water should be at a temperature of 90 – 93 degrees Celsius 
• Capacity: 400ml 

Place the ground coffee in the metal filter and heat the water in a kettle. Fill the metal filter with a little water and wait for a few seconds, allowing the coffee to soak well and bubbles to appear: the pre-infusion stage will uniquely highlight the coffee's aromas. Then, slowly pour the hot water into the filter in circular motions, starting from the edge of the filter and moving towards the center. Repeat until all the water is used. Holding the coffee maker by the wooden handle, stir gently in circular motions and serve the most flavorful and aromatic filter coffee you have ever tasted! Cleaning: Untie the strings, remove the wooden handle, and wash the metal and glass parts with soap and water. Avoid prolonged contact of the wooden and leather parts with water to keep them looking like new.
