This book, although written simply for the general public, is nevertheless based on results and foundations that are somewhat scientific and on the experiences of other people who have tried and written about the satisfactory results they have had.

And I, with the relevant experience I possess, considered it appropriate and necessary to write about this subject and to suggest this method of cultivation.

However, I write not only for this reason but also to awaken the ecological consciousness of even more people for a balanced nature, for a harmonious Greek environment.
