The Doulton Ultracarb Imperial ICP replacement water filter combines a ceramic outer shell with a microporous surface and an activated carbon core. It is designed for the Doulton ICP system with an electronic indicator and is used to filter drinking water in residential or commercial settings. The silver technology is described as self-sterilising and does not require external sterilisation.
It reduces sediment and particles, chlorine and heavy metals such as lead, mercury and cadmium. Reductions in bacteria, cysts and organic compounds are also reported, along with NSF/ANSI 42 & 53 and WRAS certifications. Made in the United Kingdom by Fairey Industrial Ceramics Ltd.
