The product is a complete disappointment. I read many good reviews and expected it to heat up as much as an electric mattress pad or bed sheets. Unfortunately, it only gives you a lukewarm heat to the point that if your feet are frozen, they would need a six-hour recovery time to warm up. In my case, the heating elements on the sole were even less effective. For us women whose feet freeze in the winter, this product doesn't work. If it was priced at 10 euros, okay, but it's not worth the money it costs. I returned it and requested a refund.
