The El Diamant coating, made from mineral particles, ensures extremely healthy cooking without the use of fat at low or medium temperatures, allowing food to retain its nutritional values.

Care and usage instructions:
  • Before using the cookware, wash them with hot water, liquid soap, and a soft sponge.
  • Dry them completely and grease them with butter or oil.
  • Do not heat the cookware when empty.
  • Do not leave them on the heat when the contents have evaporated.
  • Cast aluminum is a very good heat conductor; continuous overheating can damage the coating.
