    Quality product but useless. One cannot use this thing to massage the neck because it doesn't fit. I couldn't imagine it. When I tried it, then I realized it. I tried to place it in the middle... uncomfortable. Overall, it is completely useless. I have no problem, I just wanted it for relaxation. If I eventually discover another way to use it well, I will come back.
