I didn't have high expectations when I bought it, I expected it to be just a light/enjoyable read and maybe useful, but unfortunately I found that the book was below my expectations. Very poorly written, lacking substance, for children. Unfortunately, I regret the time I wasted and my money. Avoid.

I read the book quite pleasantly and I believe that since there is no equivalent book in the Greek market, it might be a good starting point for young people to enter the world of flirting and self-improvement. However, I don't think the book will be particularly useful for people over 30 years old. It talks about basic principles of self-improvement and sociability, while the technique it proposes for creating/improving flirting skills is impossible to apply for age groups that have limited time due to obligations or live in small provinces.

At some points, it is difficult to read, but like all books with a psychological background, it is worth it. It helped me a lot when I read it and gave me basic knowledge, as well as inspired me to delve even further into this field. I recommend it to anyone who wants to engage in flirting (beginner to intermediate level).

I worked at mos and I have to say that the book is for minors who have never been in a relationship and like their classmate... it's not worth the trouble for someone to invest in this book as with the same money they can find much better options from foreign authors who have at least studied the communication and self-improvement aspect and give serious advice to help you!!! Anyone who knows the team of Mos knows that they offer work to their fellow human beings. Yes, the book is addressed to everyone, even women, so it won't tell you everything, but nevertheless, it is impeccable. It takes guts to confront yourself simply and manly.

The book is a combination of dangerous "traditional" mindsets for old-fashioned men and copy-paste techniques of self-improvement and flirting from the Pickup community (PUA) that was trendy abroad (and deflated when there was an outcry about their sexist behavior).

If someone wants to become a better person (not just a man), it's better to search in original material, such as books by psychologists. Moreover, the writing style shows that it is simplistically written as if speaking to 13-year-olds - which also reveals the authors' understanding of the subject.

If he now wants to improve his relationships with women (which is what the Men of Style group invokes), then he can watch the countless free videos from Real Social Dynamics and many others (who at least know what they are talking about - with naturally outdated views on the two genders and their roles).

It is not just Value For Money but necessary for every man who is interested in becoming better in many aspects! The money they have priced it at is nothing compared to its worth, I highly recommend it without reservation!!

The main book in every man's library. An easy and accessible read with understandable language and very practical. From people who seem to speak from experience, offering solutions and knowledge in abundance.
