RO membranes consist of multiple thin layers of porous, semi-permeable membrane wrapped around a central core. ACA-2 series membranes are compatible with most RO systems available on the market. 

They effectively remove 96% - 99% of suspended particles, most bacteria and viruses, volatile organic compounds (not smaller than 0.0001 μm), and even ions. 

ACA-2 series membranes improve the overall water quality. Please note that the performance of RO membranes depends on the water temperature and pressure applied. Low temperature of incoming water will affect (lower) the membrane's performance. Pressure has a similar effect. In such cases, a booster pump is required.
