Indeed, as mentioned in the comments, the PC occasionally freezes and does not recognize the mouse. However, if you unplug the cable and plug it back in for a moment, it works again. Other than that, for MMOs it's just what you need

Very comfortable, good for many hours of gaming, easy to set up with the iQue, the side buttons are comfortable to use.

I've had it for 4 years and as a construction, it's good and comfortable to use. However, 50/50 times when I boot it up, it doesn't recognize the side buttons and I'm not the only one experiencing this. I have to disconnect the mouse for it to work, personally, it's tiring me out. Another bug that happens to me and a friend is that for the RGB to work, their brightness must be at 33%. The software is laughable; they release updates for aesthetic nonsense and don't fix the bugs. There's an issue with the scroll wheel after 1 year, but that doesn't bother me as much and is somewhat expected. I wouldn't recommend it; my experience with it is more negative than positive.

It's quite good for those who want side buttons. Classically, the scroll wheel breaks quickly, making double clicks or no clicks at all. Also, it's quite difficult to clean at the finger rest point (or whatever they call it) due to the material. The software is very good. I've bought the mouse twice because of this.

After about a year of use, the scroll wheel doesn't work properly. Sometimes it doesn't scroll, other times you barely touch it and see the page scrolling up and down like a glitch. The macros and the integration are just fine. If it had a better quality scroll wheel, I would give it 5/5.
Update: Since 02/2024, I have been using a replacement which, as of today 03/2025, works perfectly. Ultimately, it was this particular mouse that was defective. I changed my rating from 3/5 to 5/5. I note that I have been more careful with the wheel on the one I have now, so I recommend the same.

I have had 4 years very good sometimes in the opening of the computer it didn't open, and it wanted me to take out and put in the USB, in the last year it double-clicks, this means it died, I expected a longer lifespan, but unfortunately from what I hear everything breaks, because from the outside it is qualitative but from the inside it is... garbage.

I have it since November, very good for use in games and for work with macros on the keys.
Very good grip and nice size and weight.

You just need to set everything up on IQue.
