Description

Description

The Aqua Filter Undercounter FP3-HJ-K1 is a comprehensive and powerful four-stage undercounter filtration system that offers many customization and expansion options, using 10'' filters.

The system provides instant clean water free from soil, rust, chlorine, pesticides, chemical and organic compounds, certain heavy metals, etc., as well as parasites, cysts, and microparticles up to 0.02 microns.

It does not remove the valuable minerals from the water and is ideal for large households and professional spaces.

Filtration Stages

1. High-quality 10” sediment filter made of polypropylene by Aqua Filter

Removes soil, rust, sediments, microparticles, etc., up to 5 microns. Ideal sediment filter for all filtration systems and reverse osmosis units.

Its lifespan ranges from 6 to 12 months.

2. Pre-filter with Activated Carbon G.A.C + K.D.F (NSF) by Aqua Filter

Removes the majority of chlorine, chemical elements, pesticides, and unpleasant odors and tastes, while the K.D.F material drastically reduces the percentage of a range of heavy metals and has bacteriostatic properties.

Its lifespan ranges from 6 to 12 months.

3. Water softening and iron removal filter by Aqua Filter

Used for the effective and economical reduction of hardness and removal of iron in any point-of-use water application. The filter contains a special blend of softening and iron removal resins, suitable for potable applications (food grade), and can also be used as a pre-filter in reverse osmosis systems to provide protection from excessive hardness to the reverse osmosis membrane, thus extending its lifespan.

Its lifespan ranges from 6 to 12 months.

4. Inline Membrane Filter H.F (Hollow Fiber) by Aqua Filter

German-made filter that retains a range of pathogenic parasites, cysts, and microparticles, achieving microfiltration of 0.02 microns.

The filter's lifespan is 12 months.

Package Contents:

The system includes all the components needed for its installation (1/2″ water thief, 6mm connection tube, countertop faucet, Teflon, canister key, 1/4″ switch, etc.).

Water quality is impeccable, and as for the connections, you have nothing to fear if there is a pressure pump at home that clearly operates at a lower pressure than the municipality (2.5 - 3.5 bar) or a good pressure regulator. I had the simplest Olympus for 75 euros, and I bought this one with 4 filters for 125 euros. The water quality is perfect in taste at least. No odor, no taste. Just when you pour it into the glass, it's better to let it release all the bubbles created due to the pressure inside the filters it passes through. Problems with burst filters occur because the municipality does not have stable pressure. Especially at night when there is not much use or after a water cut, the pressure can reach up to 10 bar, which means the filters can't withstand it, just like solar heaters that break for the same reason.

As water quality is clearly better. However, a very serious issue arose. We woke up in a flooded house and it was not an installation error. The glass that holds the first filter opened like a can due to the nighttime water pressure! Fortunately, there was a safety feature and we only experienced inconvenience...! After contacting the supplier and the company, they immediately replaced the container and we are waiting. A pressure reducer was installed, which is supposed to solve the problem.

Excellent taste and purity. Compared to a regular tap glass, it was day and night. The only problem is the insufficient installation instructions, mainly for connecting to the faucet, and the not very good quality branching from the supply.
