The Aqua Pure Home UFPRO water filter system consists of a double filter housing for installation under the kitchen counter or on the main water supply line. It includes an Aqua Pure APUF 2T ultrafiltration membrane and an Aqua Pure APCYL solid activated carbon filter made from coconut shell.

The membrane filters solid particles, sediment, mud, rust, cysts, parasites, bacteria and microorganisms down to 0.01 μm, without removing the water’s beneficial trace minerals. The activated carbon filter traps sediment, sand, soil, rust, turbidity and suspended solids down to 0.5 μm, and helps reduce chlorine, pesticides, organic contaminants, chloroform and heavy metals such as lead, copper, mercury and cadmium. It does not release carbon dust.
