Definitely very reliable (my cardiologist has the same one in his office), with a huge horizontal screen and features that other blood pressure monitors do not have (hence its relatively high price). I deducted one star for the following reason: the hard Intelli Wrap cuff (which Omron uses in all its expensive blood pressure monitors, not just this one), while it has technological advantages in its design and materials and works flawlessly for most, some people may find that it does not provide readings and can be quite frustrating until they place it in the right position to complete the measurement without error. Something that would never happen with the old classic elastic cuffs. Also, if you are not careful and break it, it is very expensive (so much so that you are left wondering if it is worth replacing it compared to buying a new blood pressure monitor).

The measurements seem correct according to the old blood pressure monitor I have, but I have only been using it for a short period. I remove one star because the cost is high compared to its quality and performance. If it is true that the replacement cuff costs the outrageous amount of €40, I would rate it with 2 stars, and of course, if I had seen that earlier, I would not have made the purchase.

It has a large easy-to-read dual screen, it is easy to handle, and it appears sturdy.
I have not cross-checked its measurements with another one/others, but since it does not give extreme values and large deviations between 3-4 consecutive measurements, it is probably fine.
Besides, each electronic device has a deviation among them.
Writing the above, I am reminded of the function of a good scale, which may show us half a kilo more or less, but consistently...
On some specialized pages, I read that the first measurement should be ignored and on some others that we should take 3-4 consecutive measurements and keep the average, I don't know what is true.
Note, I also bought the power supply with it.

Very good blood pressure monitor especially for its price. Accuracy in measurements.. 5-year warranty... 2 profiles for 2 people with 100 memory storage... comparison of previous measurement with the new one and finding differences... very good instructions for someone to learn how to operate the blood pressure monitor correctly... If you press the button once, it performs a simple measurement once... For detecting and detecting heart problems, you press the start button for 2-3 seconds and it enters a mode where it performs 3 measurements with 30 seconds each to calm the hand... Finally, it calculates the average of the 3 measurements and detects issues (e.g. high or low pressure, indication of arrhythmia in heartbeats, and atrial fibrillation). It is recommended to buy it at the current price of 70-75 euros.

However, with minimal use, it started showing an error, which according to the representative means that the handle is broken and costs 40 euros as a replacement. During the second week of using it, it started displaying an E5 notification that did not correspond to a real problem. That day, I couldn't get a reading, even though I tried many times. After opening it again after 10 hours, it started working properly. Since then, it has not blocked again (about 1 month), but this issue has created insecurity for me.
This never happened with the Omron M6 Comfort HEM-7321 model that I regularly used for two years and gave to my parents, who have been using it continuously for the last 3 months without any issues.

I had the M2 classic for over 15 years and something happened to its screen and it wasn't displaying the numbers correctly. So I changed and bought the M6, which is very good for the 2 months that I have it. You don't need to keep records, it has many features, it gives you an indication when the pressure is high, and many more. I hope it's worth the money I paid.

It doesn't offer anything more than the simplest model, so there's no need to pay extra money. The claimed trickling sensation that it detects is simply recognized as a malfunction.

Yes, it has "conveniences" for 2 users, 100 memories, etc. However, in blood pressure measurement, compared to 2 analog ones, it showed 12 to 25 mm less! I don't know if it was just mine.. I returned it in three days! Be careful, check it with a reliable one.

Very good in specifications this particular model. It is also recommended by the Greek Hypertension Society, which means that someone has checked it. However, after 1 month of daily use, I have the impression that the measurements are increased by at least 10% compared to the simple, inflatable one from the doctor.

From the beginning, it started showing errors but I didn't pay attention since they weren't continuous. Eventually, it got stuck with an E3 error, which meant that the handle had broken. That's when I learned that the 5-year warranty (I had the genuine product and had paid a high price for it!!!) only covered the mechanism and the handle had a warranty of ONLY 6 MONTHS! The cost to replace it was 44 Euros. Not only do I not recommend it, but I also consider the warranty policy that doesn't cover the handle to be unacceptable. I got fooled by the name and the 5-year warranty.

The only disadvantage I found so far is that it didn't have instructions in Greek.

WARNING!! I bought the product from one of the skroutz stores, which only provided me with a 2-year warranty, and it was the only one that offered a 2-year warranty, while the others offered 3 years and above... This specific product does NOT have instructions in Greek, like all the other products that come with a 3-year warranty and above (the overwhelming majority offers five years because that is what the official OMRON representation in Greece specifies). Also, there are no Greek words anywhere on the box or inside it.

Maybe it's just mine, but it no longer works, either with batteries or with the transformer, even though it had rare use in 3 years. In the service, they suggested that I buy a new one instead of repairing the damage.
In short, it is not the most expensive. Nor the most durable. Definitely, I will not buy the same one again.
As for the negatives, the service was terrible with the behavior of 100 cardinals.

I have it since 8/2018 and what I can't understand is the following: how is it possible that in the first measurement it shows a high 145 and in the third 115, the same thing happens with the small one and something else, it is not possible for the red indicator to light up at 136-137, to tell you the truth, I don't really like it but I use it since almost everyone, doctors and hospitals use it, my pathologist once had one with the mercury column, when I tell him that it lights up red at 136-137 he laughs.

It is a very good machine. I was torn between this one and cheaper options, but I am satisfied that I ultimately chose this one. It is a bit pricey, but I believe it is worth its money. It is automatic. You simply press a button and it does everything. It is very accurate in its measurements and it also shows whether your pressures are good or not, indicated by green or orange respectively for each one. It is also suitable for larger hands. Additionally, when it finishes, it has an indicator for whether there is an irregularity or any other problem, shown by a symbol next to it.
