The Aqua Pure APSUC 12W water filter housing connects to the main water supply or under the kitchen sink, in line with the cold-water supply. It accepts 10″ replacement filters and can be used to remove sediment, reduce chlorine and lower heavy metal levels, depending on the filter installed. When fitted to a main water supply exposed to sunlight, the white housing helps prevent algae growth that may occur in a transparent filter housing.
The ½″ connection supports a high water flow rate, while the housing is designed to withstand high pressure. The package includes a tightening wrench, mounting bracket and wall-mounting screws.
