Efforts to reduce the uncertainty that inevitably accompanies future developments, along with the insistence on a systematic approach to the issue of predicting the future, have led to the development of a new branch of science that focuses on the methodology and art of forecasting.
In our country, this branch has not sufficiently developed. This book certainly contributes in this direction. It is addressed not only to advanced undergraduate and postgraduate students of management, economics, and generally applied sciences, but also to all professionals in the private and public sectors of the economy who are seriously engaged in decision-making.
