I am amazed by the good reviews. I have countless MUA products and generally consider them to be very high quality. They put the shade impulse on sale and I decided to try it. The color is fantastic until it dries on the lips. Right away, with just one layer, it starts to rub off like sand. I have never seen this in any company's lipstick. When I contacted MUA, the response was something like, "Well, it's a product being discontinued because we are releasing a better and new formula anyway." What do I care? Did anyone tell me we have it on sale because it's unacceptable? It's a shame, honestly, for the company that is advertised so much on social media. When something is DEFECTIVE, WE WITHDRAW IT. We don't sell it.
Απορώ με τις καλές κριτικές. Έχω άπειρα προϊόντα της MUA και γενικά τα θεωρώ πολύ ποιοτικά. Έβαλαν την απόχρωση impulse σε έκπτωση και είπα να την δοκιμάσω. Το χρώμα φανταστικό μέχρι να στεγνώσει στα χειλη. Κατευθείαν μόνο με μια στρώση αρχίζει και τρίβεται σαν άμμος. Δεν το έχω ξαναδεί σε κραγιόν καμίας εταιρίας. Όταν δε επικοινώνησα με την MUA η απάντηση ήταν κάτι του στυλ Ε είναι προϊόν προς κατάργηση γιατί έτσι κι αλλιώς βγάζουμε καλύτερη και καινούργια φόρμουλα. Εμένα τι με νοιάζει; Μου είπε κανένας το έχουμε σε προσφορά γιατί είναι απαράδεκτο; Κρίμα ειλικρινά για την εταιρία που διαφημίζεται και τόσο στα social. Όταν κάτι είναι ΕΛΑΤΤΩΜΑΤΙΚΟ ΤΟ ΑΠΟΣΥΡΟΥΜΕ. I decided to try mua as well... if all their products are like this... I wonder about their reputation... this particular one smudges and creates visible lines, and it dries incredibly fast, causing clumps
