The product overall is good. I don't know if it's suitable for strengthening, I use it on my ends which are dry. It's on the thick side, like a paste, which for me is good. It has very nice glitter in it, which of course doesn't show in the hair (blonde). However, I also apply it on my body and it's perfect!
