It didn't even work properly for a year! The knob broke and trying to turn it on or off became a nightmare! I won't even discuss trying to set it to the desired temperature! It only went back and forth, it took you 5 minutes to manage to turn it on or off! Do not buy it!

We installed it before the winter of '22 when it worked normally. It would have been excellent if it hadn't broken after exactly 1 year, as others who have bought it have also mentioned. While the dial turns normally and the OK button in the center of the dial also works fine, the software loses contact with the turning of the dial and the button, resulting in turning the radiator on and off becoming a nightmare. Budget solution, but in the end, cheap turns out to be more expensive.

It is not as good as most people say. What matters in a thermostat is the sensitivity to temperature and the response time. Although this one shows the correct temperature after manual adjustment by holding down the central button twice in a row (once to enter the menu and once more to enter calibration), it takes a long time to respond to temperature changes. It works for quite a while longer and exceeds the desired temperature you set. If you want to have 19.5°C in the house, the thermostat will work for about twenty minutes to go from 19.3°C to 19.7°C, at which point it will stop. However, this way the temperature in the house will reach 20.5-21°C because the radiators continue to heat for quite some time. Good thermostats are those that work about every half hour for 2 minutes and keep the temperature stable. Otherwise, you burn much more than you need. And you will either be cold or too warm.

Purchase 15/11/22. The first winter the thermostat worked perfectly.

Towards the end of the second winter it gradually started losing its sensitivity in temperature adjustment.

In the winter of 2024 - 2025 we suffered. The rotary switch (dial) lost its sensitivity and was skipping degrees, either up or down.

Easy installation, simple to use, suitable for replacing a basic room thermostat. There is no need to drill the wall for its installation, and the wireless connection at a distance of 20 meters from where I have installed it to the pellet boiler works flawlessly.

Very good, cheap, and I highly recommend it. Just know that if you want to install it yourself, you should be aware; otherwise, with an electrician, it's ready in 2 minutes on the clock, and it's worth every € compared to something that is very expensive and doesn't do the same job!!!

I never managed to connect it, I don't know if I got a defective one or if I can't do the calibration that some people mention, while the burner turns on I couldn't make it functional so that I can set the temperature I want.

First of all, I am an electrician, and because I had two or three cases with electronic thermostats in the past that did not work well (they would reach the desired temperature and then to turn back on, the house had to freeze), I used a mechanical thermostat.
Reading the comments, I decided to buy this one.
I would prefer it not to require batteries and to be directly 230v, but this might create a problem with the temperature from the built-in power supply and thus affect the sensor.
When I installed it, I was shocked because it showed 3 degrees higher than two thermometers I had next to it, but in the end, I adjusted it, and with a couple of attempts, they have a 0.1-degree deviation.
So far, it works just fine.

Honest for its cost. Appealing. The lid opens relatively difficult for battery placement. Reliable measurements so far.

Connection: power to 2 and ground to 3. This way the solenoid valve opens in heat. If the ground is placed on 1 then the solenoid valve will open in cool.

It seems quite good! I set it to 21.5 and as soon as it dropped to 21.4, the oil boiler started, where the HEAT indicator also lit up.. I recommend it ️

quite good and very easy to install and connect if you have it in a country house that is not used every day. compared to the siemens rd100 that I have tested in the same house with the same weather and same operating days, the siemens is much better at managing temperature. To give you an example, in 5 days the temperature was 22 degrees in the same place, the siemens worked a total of 4 hours while the stege worked 9 hours.

In its behavior, it is good. However, it has a serious drawback: It does not have an on-off switch. This means that to stop its operation, you have to lower the desired temperature to low values. And when you want to restart it, you have to raise it again to the desired temperature. Not pleasant at all.

I have had it for 1.5 years and I haven't had any problems. It requires 2 AAA batteries but if you know... You can make it have permanent power and eliminate the 2 batteries. After 1.5 years, the batteries still last! It has a large LCD screen with blue light. It displays the room temperature in large numbers, and you set the temperature at which you want the radiators to turn on automatically. For example, if you set the radiators to turn on automatically at 19 degrees, then the room temperature must drop below 19! You can adjust the temperature by 0.5 degrees, not by 1 degree. Its installation is not difficult... It also has a manual. So far, reliable.

I got it to replace an older one, at my father's house. To tell the whole truth, it was quite difficult for me to connect it. Bought yesterday, I installed it myself. The cover for the batteries opens relatively difficultly. At -0.2 from the desired temperature, it activates the boiler, and at +0.2 it stops the operation. Time will tell about its durability. The temperature sensor shows the actual room temperature (checked with 2 separate room thermometers). If there is a deviation, it can be calibrated.

Honest. It may not have a touchscreen and wifi and weekly schedules, but we are talking about a thermostat, and it does its job perfectly and even more. I would easily buy it again

Today I received it and installed it on an oil burner. I can say that it seems very accurate in its measurement and effective... Time will tell if it saves money.. The only certain thing is that it gives you the temperature you ask for!
