The following text hopes to contribute to a certain “resistance,” if not against pessimism, at least against the widespread acceptance of the current socio-political reality as a necessary and insurmountable social form.
I have attempted, in as analytical terms as possible, to show that the way in which the intertwining of Economics, Politics, and rights is expressed today with the current forms of social behaviors, competitions, and leniencies is neither internally coherent, nor historically inevitable, nor logically or morally grounded.
And to suggest that the current and insurmountable contradictions that underlie the system of dominant discourse cannot help but erupt, leading to new social claims, institutionalizations, and rationalizations.
