I purchased it on May 21, 2021 and after a while it started acting weird, like ghosting for example. I would watch a match on the internet and as soon as I minimized it, there would be a trace of the window on the desktop accompanied by screen flickering. I tried to take a photo or video of it, but it doesn't show up well. Initially, I thought it might be a cable or graphics card issue, but it was nothing like that. It randomly disappeared after various attempts (I had unplugged it and didn't use it for a while). It reappeared today, August 18, 2023, and it doesn't show any positive signs.
I am disappointed considering the money I spent. Luckily, I have a warranty and I will contact Dell to see what can be done. I will update when I have more information.
September 12, 2023... In conclusion: After a few hours, the trace and the flickering disappeared. Then, a few days passed and I tried to watch a game from the same website again, and it started happening again. I moved the window to the laptop screen and it was fine. For some reason, the screen is affected by that specific website when watching a match. It works normally as long as I avoid watching matches from there.
Την αγόρασα 21 Μαϊου 2021 μου έκανε κάτι κουλά μετά απο λίγο καιρό όπως ghosting πχ. έβλεπα αγώνα στο ίντερνετ & μόλις έκανα ελαχιστοποίηση, έμενε ίχνος του παραθύρου στην επιφάνεια εργασίας συνοδευόμενο απο τρεμοπαίξιμο της οθόνης σαν flickering. Προσπάθησα να το βγάλω φωτογραφία ή βίντεο, αλλά δεν φαίνεται καλά. Αρχικά νόμιζα πως θα ήταν θέμα καλωδίων, κάρτας γραφικών κλπ, αλλά τίποτα. Όλως τυχαίως έφυγε κατόπιν διαφόρων δοκιμών (την είχαν βγάλει απο τη μπρίζα & δεν τη χρησιμοποιούσα για μερικό διάστημα). Επανήλθε μέχρι σήμερα 18/08/23 που μου το ξαναέκανε & δε δείχνει θετικά σημάδια.
Απογοητευμένος θα πω για τα χρήματα που δαπάνησα.. Ευτυχώς έχω εγγύηση & θα επικοινωνήσω με την Dell για να δω τι μέλλει γενέσθαι.. Θα επανέλθω όταν θα έχω νεότερα.
12/09/23.. Στο διά ταύτα: Μετά απο μερικές ώρες, έφυγε αυτό το ίχνος & το τρεμοπαίξιμο. Έπειτα, περνάνε μερικές μέρες & ξαναέβαλα να δω ένα παιχνίδι απο τη συγκεκριμένη σελίδα & πήγε να μου το ξανακάνει. Μετέφερα το παράθυρο στην οθόνη του λάπτοπ & ήμουν οκ. Για κάποιο λόγο που δε πάει ο νους μου, επηρεάζεται η οθόνη απο τη συγκεκριμένη σελίδα κατά την προβολή αγώνα. Λειτουργεί κανονικά όσο αποφεύγω την προβολή αγώνα απο εκεί.
If you make videos/photos and have a Mac, specifically a laptop, then this is the best choice under $1000. It charges normally without taking 800 years like the 16-inch MacBook, obviously the USB C and USB A ports are for casual use, not for hard drives that require power, and if you connect a 2.5-inch drive, it's only for file transfer (not super fast, not super slow). I don't use the ports for hard drives in general anyway. Only on an Apple monitor would I do it because they are the only ones that can have the same speed as the laptop's direct outputs.
It has an option where you can set it to provide proper speed to the outputs but not 4K resolution (and then you can connect a hard drive) or have 4K resolution and the outputs not be super fast. I prioritize the image, of course. I think that's the default setting.
It is the only monitor under a thousand with super accurate colors + charging for the 16-inch MacBook. The others only charge 13-inch models.
Without a doubt, don't hesitate like I did before getting it - there is no other.

Φορτίζει κανονικά χωρίς να κάνει 800 χρόνια το 16άρι MacBook, προφανώς οι εξόδοι που έχει USB C και USB A είναι για χαλαρή χρήση, όχι για σκληρούς που μπαίνουν σε ρεύμα, και αν συνδέσεις 2,5άρι τότε είναι για μεταφορά αρχείων μόνο(όχι και τρελά γρήγορα, όχι τρελά αργά). Δεν χρησιμοοπιώ τις εξόδους της για σκληρούς γενικότερα έτσι κι αλλιώς. Μόνο σε μία Apple οθόνη θα το έκανα διότι είναι οι μόνες που μπορούν να έχουν ταχύτητα όπως και απευθειας εξοδοι του laptop.
Έχει μία επιλογή που είτε την σετάρεις να δίνει proper ταχύτα στις εξόδους της αλλά όχι 4Κ resolution(και έτσι βάζεις σκληρό δίσκο) ή να έχει 4Κ resolution και οι εξόδοι της να μην είναι τρελά γρήγοροι. Εγώ δίνω προτεραιότητα στην εικόνα φυσικά. Αυτό είναι και το default νομίζω
Είναι η μόνη οθόνη κάτω του χιλιάρικου με σούπερ accurate χρώματα + φορτιση 16 MacBook. Οι υπόλοιπες φορτίζουν μόνο 13άρια.

Εχει υπεροχη εικόνα απο οπου και να τ κοιταξεις , ελαχιστα bezels σε ολες τις πλευρες, η συνδεσιμοτητα προφανως και ειναι εξαιρετικη, γενικοτερα σου δινει την αισθηση οτι ειναι κατι πολυ premium απο την πρώτη στιγμή. Τοσο η βαση οσο και ο βραχίωνας ειναι σταθερα. Εννοειται πως δεν υπαρχει περιπτωση να μην βολευτεις αφου μπορείς να δωσεις οποιαδηποτε κλίση πανω-κατω, δεξια-αριστερα, μπροστα-πισω. Το μενου τωρα δεν ειναι κατι δυσκολο ειναι οκ. Ο λογος που δεν δίνω 5 αστέρια ειναι προφανως οτι ειναι παρα πολυ ακριβή και επίσης θα ηθελα περισσοτερα hz, τυπου 100 , 144 οχι πάντως 60.

It is, in simple words, how a proper screen for professionals should be. Calibrated with certification to accompany it. I have 2 connected to my Dell docking station where I connect my laptop with a cable. Additionally, the type-c hub it has helps with connecting all peripherals so that the laptop remains free. The resolution is excellent for both Mac OS and Windows. If it meets your requirements, then go ahead without hesitation.

Owner of the u2515h. I haven't seen any dramatic changes.... A good monitor. Its menu is worse than the u2515h in my opinion. For this money, I expected something better, it's true.

It is an excellent monitor for office work, editing, watching videos and movies, etc. I haven't used it for gaming since I'm not interested in that.
Its strong points are definitely its panel, color accuracy as it is calibrated out of the box, its small bezels, the USB-C port which is convenient for those who have ultrabooks or Macs, it also has an additional hub with USB 3 and USB-C outputs for device charging, and of course, it supports HDR and has a 4K resolution.
The monitor is everything one would expect from a Dell Ultrasharp, as I already have two monitors from this series, a 25-inch and a 27-inch 2K. If I could point out a negative aspect of this specific monitor, it would be that the 4K resolution on a 27-inch screen makes the fonts very small and somewhat difficult to read, which can be tiring after prolonged use. I tested it on both a Windows 10 computer and my Mac with Catalina, and I had to increase the scale to be comfortable working. This brings up the question of why someone wouldn't just get the corresponding 2K monitor from the same series with USB-C, which costs almost half the price. The answer is that if someone is using a Mac, they will be able to benefit from the 4K resolution, but if they are using a PC with Windows 10, it's better to go for the 2K option. Of course, preferences vary, so I would recommend seeing it in person before making a decision! In any case, it is a safe, future-proof choice for anyone who decides to purchase it. After all, Dell itself is always a guarantee!

Δυνατά της σημεία σίγουρα είναι το πάνελ της, η πιστότητα στα χρώματα αφού είναι καλιμπραρισμενη out of the box, τα μικρά της bezel, η θύρα usb-c για όποιον έχει ultrabook ή mac θα του λύσει τα χέρια, επίσης διαθέτει επιπλέον hub με έξοδο usb 3 και usb-c με τροφοδοσία για φόρτιση συσκευών και φυσικά η υποστήριξη hdr και η ανάλυση 4κ.
Η οθόνη είναι ότι περιμένει κανείς από μια dell ultrasharp αφου έχω αλλά δυο μόνιτορ της dell αυτής της σειράς, ένα 25αρι και ένα 27αρι 2κ. Αν μπορούσα να της προσάψω ένα αρνητικό σημείο Στη συγκεκριμένη οθόνη είναι ότι η 4κ ανάλυση στις 27 ίντσες έχει πολύ μικρές γραμματοσειρές και είναι λίγο δυσαναγνωστη και μπορεί να κουράσει μετά από πολύ ώρα χρήσης. Τη δοκίμασα και σε win10 υπολογιστή και στο mac μου με Catalina και χρειάστηκε να ανεβάσω το scale για να είμαι άνετος να δουλεψω. Εδώ έρχεται και το ερώτημα γιατί να μην πάρει κανείς το αντίστοιχο 2κ μόνιτορ της ίδιας σειράς με usb-c που έχει σχεδόν τα μισά λεφτά. Η απάντηση είναι ότι αν δουλεύει κάποιος με mac θα καταφέρει να επωφεληθεί της 4κ ανάλυσης αν όμως δουλεύει με pc με win10 καλύτερα να πάει για την 2κ. Βέβαια γούστα είναι αυτά γι αυτό και θα πρότεινα να τη δείτε πριν αποφασίζεται! Σε κάθε περίπτωση είναι μια ασφαλείς, future proof επιλογή για όποιον αποφασίσει να την αγορασει. Άλλωστε η dell από μόνη της είναι πάντα εγγύηση!

I purchased it on May 21, 2021 and after a while it started acting weird, like ghosting for example. I would watch a match on the internet and as soon as I minimized it, there would be a trace of the window on the desktop accompanied by screen flickering. I tried to take a photo or video of it, but it doesn't show up well. Initially, I thought it might be a cable or graphics card issue, but it was nothing like that. It randomly disappeared after various attempts (I had unplugged it and didn't use it for a while). It reappeared today, August 18, 2023, and it doesn't show any positive signs.
I am disappointed considering the money I spent. Luckily, I have a warranty and I will contact Dell to see what can be done. I will update when I have more information.
September 12, 2023... In conclusion: After a few hours, the trace and the flickering disappeared. Then, a few days passed and I tried to watch a game from the same website again, and it started happening again. I moved the window to the laptop screen and it was fine. For some reason, the screen is affected by that specific website when watching a match. It works normally as long as I avoid watching matches from there.
Την αγόρασα 21 Μαϊου 2021 μου έκανε κάτι κουλά μετά απο λίγο καιρό όπως ghosting πχ. έβλεπα αγώνα στο ίντερνετ & μόλις έκανα ελαχιστοποίηση, έμενε ίχνος του παραθύρου στην επιφάνεια εργασίας συνοδευόμενο απο τρεμοπαίξιμο της οθόνης σαν flickering. Προσπάθησα να το βγάλω φωτογραφία ή βίντεο, αλλά δεν φαίνεται καλά. Αρχικά νόμιζα πως θα ήταν θέμα καλωδίων, κάρτας γραφικών κλπ, αλλά τίποτα. Όλως τυχαίως έφυγε κατόπιν διαφόρων δοκιμών (την είχαν βγάλει απο τη μπρίζα & δεν τη χρησιμοποιούσα για μερικό διάστημα). Επανήλθε μέχρι σήμερα 18/08/23 που μου το ξαναέκανε & δε δείχνει θετικά σημάδια.
Απογοητευμένος θα πω για τα χρήματα που δαπάνησα.. Ευτυχώς έχω εγγύηση & θα επικοινωνήσω με την Dell για να δω τι μέλλει γενέσθαι.. Θα επανέλθω όταν θα έχω νεότερα.
12/09/23.. Στο διά ταύτα: Μετά απο μερικές ώρες, έφυγε αυτό το ίχνος & το τρεμοπαίξιμο. Έπειτα, περνάνε μερικές μέρες & ξαναέβαλα να δω ένα παιχνίδι απο τη συγκεκριμένη σελίδα & πήγε να μου το ξανακάνει. Μετέφερα το παράθυρο στην οθόνη του λάπτοπ & ήμουν οκ. Για κάποιο λόγο που δε πάει ο νους μου, επηρεάζεται η οθόνη απο τη συγκεκριμένη σελίδα κατά την προβολή αγώνα. Λειτουργεί κανονικά όσο αποφεύγω την προβολή αγώνα απο εκεί.
If you make videos/photos and have a Mac, specifically a laptop, then this is the best choice under $1000. It charges normally without taking 800 years like the 16-inch MacBook, obviously the USB C and USB A ports are for casual use, not for hard drives that require power, and if you connect a 2.5-inch drive, it's only for file transfer (not super fast, not super slow). I don't use the ports for hard drives in general anyway. Only on an Apple monitor would I do it because they are the only ones that can have the same speed as the laptop's direct outputs.
It has an option where you can set it to provide proper speed to the outputs but not 4K resolution (and then you can connect a hard drive) or have 4K resolution and the outputs not be super fast. I prioritize the image, of course. I think that's the default setting.
It is the only monitor under a thousand with super accurate colors + charging for the 16-inch MacBook. The others only charge 13-inch models.
Without a doubt, don't hesitate like I did before getting it - there is no other.

Φορτίζει κανονικά χωρίς να κάνει 800 χρόνια το 16άρι MacBook, προφανώς οι εξόδοι που έχει USB C και USB A είναι για χαλαρή χρήση, όχι για σκληρούς που μπαίνουν σε ρεύμα, και αν συνδέσεις 2,5άρι τότε είναι για μεταφορά αρχείων μόνο(όχι και τρελά γρήγορα, όχι τρελά αργά). Δεν χρησιμοοπιώ τις εξόδους της για σκληρούς γενικότερα έτσι κι αλλιώς. Μόνο σε μία Apple οθόνη θα το έκανα διότι είναι οι μόνες που μπορούν να έχουν ταχύτητα όπως και απευθειας εξοδοι του laptop.

Overall, it gives you the feeling that it is a very premium product from the first moment. Both the base and the arm are stable. It goes without saying that you won't have any trouble since you can adjust it in any tilt, right-left, front-back position. The menu is not difficult, it's okay. The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is obviously because it is very expensive and I would also like more hertz, like 100, 144, not just 60.

Τοσο η βαση οσο και ο βραχίωνας ειναι σταθερα. Εννοειται πως δεν υπαρχει περιπτωση να μην βολευτεις αφου μπορείς να δωσεις οποιαδηποτε κλίση πανω-κατω, δεξια-αριστερα, μπροστα-πισω. Το μενου τωρα δεν ειναι κατι δυσκολο ειναι οκ. Ο λογος που δεν δίνω 5 αστέρια ειναι προφανως οτι ειναι παρα πολυ ακριβή και επίσης θα ηθελα περισσοτερα hz, τυπου 100 , 144 οχι πάντως 60.
If you want it for work and 4K video playback, it is excellent, especially on a laptop with USB-C that functions as a USB hub.

It would also be good for your laptop to have a relatively recent GPU so that it doesn't struggle with 4K full screen.

I have 2 connected to my Dell docking station where I connect my laptop with a cable. Additionally, the type-c hub it has helps with connecting all peripherals so that the laptop remains free. The resolution is excellent for both Mac OS and Windows. If it meets your requirements, then go ahead without hesitation.

Owner of the u2515h. I haven't seen any dramatic changes.... A good monitor. Its menu is worse than the u2515h in my opinion. For this money, I expected something better, it's true.

It is an excellent monitor for office work, editing, watching videos and movies, etc. I haven't used it for gaming since I'm not interested in that.
Its strong points are definitely its panel, color accuracy as it is calibrated out of the box, its small bezels, the USB-C port which is convenient for those who have ultrabooks or Macs, it also has an additional hub with USB 3 and USB-C outputs for device charging, and of course, it supports HDR and has a 4K resolution.
The monitor is everything one would expect from a Dell Ultrasharp, as I already have two monitors from this series, a 25-inch and a 27-inch 2K. If I could point out a negative aspect of this specific monitor, it would be that the 4K resolution on a 27-inch screen makes the fonts very small and somewhat difficult to read, which can be tiring after prolonged use. I tested it on both a Windows 10 computer and my Mac with Catalina, and I had to increase the scale to be comfortable working. This brings up the question of why someone wouldn't just get the corresponding 2K monitor from the same series with USB-C, which costs almost half the price. The answer is that if someone is using a Mac, they will be able to benefit from the 4K resolution, but if they are using a PC with Windows 10, it's better to go for the 2K option. Of course, preferences vary, so I would recommend seeing it in person before making a decision! In any case, it is a safe, future-proof choice for anyone who decides to purchase it. After all, Dell itself is always a guarantee!
Είναι μια εξαιρετική οθόνη για δουλειές γραφείου, για editing, για να βλέπεις βίντεο και ταινίε κτλ. Δεν την έχω δουλέψει με παιχνίδια μιας και δεν με ενδιαφέρει το σπορ.
Δυνατά της σημεία σίγουρα είναι το πάνελ της, η πιστότητα στα χρώματα αφού είναι καλιμπραρισμενη out of the box, τα μικρά της bezel, η θύρα usb-c για όποιον έχει ultrabook ή mac θα του λύσει τα χέρια, επίσης διαθέτει επιπλέον hub με έξοδο usb 3 και usb-c με τροφοδοσία για φόρτιση συσκευών και φυσικά η υποστήριξη hdr και η ανάλυση 4κ.
Η οθόνη είναι ότι περιμένει κανείς από μια dell ultrasharp αφου έχω αλλά δυο μόνιτορ της dell αυτής της σειράς, ένα 25αρι και ένα 27αρι 2κ. Αν μπορούσα να της προσάψω ένα αρνητικό σημείο Στη συγκεκριμένη οθόνη είναι ότι η 4κ ανάλυση στις 27 ίντσες έχει πολύ μικρές γραμματοσειρές και είναι λίγο δυσαναγνωστη και μπορεί να κουράσει μετά από πολύ ώρα χρήσης. Τη δοκίμασα και σε win10 υπολογιστή και στο mac μου με Catalina και χρειάστηκε να ανεβάσω το scale για να είμαι άνετος να δουλεψω. Εδώ έρχεται και το ερώτημα γιατί να μην πάρει κανείς το αντίστοιχο 2κ μόνιτορ της ίδιας σειράς με usb-c που έχει σχεδόν τα μισά λεφτά. Η απάντηση είναι ότι αν δουλεύει κάποιος με mac θα καταφέρει να επωφεληθεί της 4κ ανάλυσης αν όμως δουλεύει με pc με win10 καλύτερα να πάει για την 2κ. Βέβαια γούστα είναι αυτά γι αυτό και θα πρότεινα να τη δείτε πριν αποφασίζεται! Σε κάθε περίπτωση είναι μια ασφαλείς, future proof επιλογή για όποιον αποφασίσει να την αγορασει. Άλλωστε η dell από μόνη της είναι πάντα εγγύηση!
