I give 4 stars for the following reason: Because they work perfectly with my husband's phone (Motorola g9 power) and have very good sound. However, I bought these headphones for my own phone (Motorola moto z), with which they do NOT work. I can't understand what the problem is, obviously it's an issue with the manufacturing company, but the ones that came with the package when I bought the phone were similar AND THEY HAD A JACK (although they were of better quality) and they worked just fine. And I don't think there is a problem with the original adapter for the USB-C port, because it is in excellent condition (my phone doesn't have a 3.5mm Jack port), which I also used for the headphones that came with the phone.
Update: I eventually got another adapter and they work with it. But many callers have complained that the sound they receive is muffled. Again, I don't know if it's the adapter or the headphones that are responsible.

Εντουτοις, τα ακουστικά αυτά τα πήρα για το δικό μου κινητό (Motorola moto z), με το οποίο ΔΕΝ λειτουργούν.
