    The cooktop has issues just before the warranty expires, I contacted skroutz as the official elica service in Greece is not involved. Skroutz sent my request to serviceonline.gr and waiting now almost 2 weeks to be reached by them to check the issue. Also now Skroutz stopped responding my emails. Avoid this product, the service is unacceptable.
