Overall, it’s considered simple and good value for money, with positive comments about its clear sound and durability. It’s often used as a second landline phone and appreciated for its light weight and functionality. However, several users report that the buttons may become less responsive over time, and it doesn’t stay securely mounted upright on the wall.
Lightweight phone with satisfactory volume and sound quality. I don't know about durability over time. However, it's worth its minimal cost.
I have had it for a year now and my finger hurts to press the number 4 button.... I need to slowly start looking for another device
Buy it... the kids throw it, they hit it, it hasn't suffered anything, cheap. You won't lose anything from this purchase
I have so far purchased two Alcatel phones and I have noticed that the buttons lose their sensitivity after some use, to the point where making a call is impossible on one of the devices! I haven't encountered any other issues. The low price is a plus

I got it to have it on the wall but unfortunately it doesn't stay in an upright position, the headset falls

Fair choice. Good for its cost, a simple but functional phone.
